Sunshine Coast Recreation Precinct

Sunshine Coast Recreation Precinct delivers school camps, sports camps, and group programs focused on outdoor activities and team development. We’re looking for reliable, capable instructors to join our team.

The Role:

• Lead activities including canoeing, rock climbing, ropes courses, and team challenges
• Supervise participants and ensure safety at all times
• Set up, check, and pack down equipment
• Work as part of a team to deliver well-run activity programs
• Hours are available up to 38 per week.

What we are looking for:

• Experience in outdoor education or recreation (preferred but not essential)
• Confident leading groups and speaking in front of people
• Practical, hands-on, and safety-focused
• Reliable and able to commit to consistent hours
• Physically capable of working outdoors in varied conditions

Qualifications highly regarded:

• First Aid & CPR
• Working with Children Blue Card
• Cert III or IV in Outdoor Recreation / Leadership
